#67 Add moderators, topics to Break-sessions

The breaks between sessions do not currently allow
topics and moderators to be assigned. If this is
needed, it can be added.

They also cannot have an alternate location. This was
an oversight in version 8.0 and cannot be fixed without
changing the underlying DB. This should strictly wait
until 9.0
