I'd like to be able to tell people to go to the
OpStatus document to see the latest version of the
Operations Status report instead of telling them (and
expecting them to remember) to go to document 1511.
Well.... Right now, you could use a keyword for this purpose
and then OpStatus typed into the search box would pull up a
list of documents and they could find it that way.
But, that doesn't enforce uniqueness.
I certainly think what you're asking for would be useful. My
concern is that it is one more thing that a person entering
a document is faced with and we like to keep that as minimal
as possible.
Let me discuss this with Marcia and if she agrees we can put
a field in the DB so that this *could* be implemented in the
8.x series (no guarantees). Otherwise it has to wait for v9.
