#8 Add Userlevel Attribute to Indicate Difficulty

To indicate how difficult a section is, add a userlevel attribute. This attribute contains an integer value ranging from 1 (easy) to 5 (difficult). Alternative: 1 (easy) to 3 (difficult).

The output format should display the difficulty with appropriate styling, e.g. with stars.
