#6 Multilanguage support

DokuWiki has facilities for support multiple languages, but the DocBook DokuWiki was initially developed for only an English audience. Therefore, all the new text is written in English, and some of it is hard-coded into the program logic.

Now that DocBook DokuWiki is a public project, it makes sense to move all these English texts to a separate language file, and translate them to other languages as well.
