#289 allow multiple procedure elements in a task element

Hi guys,
Docbook 4.3 has introduced the task element, which I consider a great idea (we are very DITA friendly, right?). However, at the moment, you can use only one procedure elements in a task element. This means the only benefit of the task element is the option to add tasksummary and example...which you could have done with a procedure anyway (I admit it demands some tweaking but is doable). So if you consider that you cannot add multiple procedures into a task (which to me would make perfect sense) there is not much sense to the task element by itself. Please, consider allowing multiple procedures in a task.
