No

What does it mean to repeat a method parameter? The same option isn't available on paramdef. I suspect this is an error, but perhaps I'm mistaken.

    In PHP there are lot of functions that take variable amount of optional arguments, all of them meaning the same.
    list() for instance uses this methodsynopsis:
    <methodsynopsis>
    <type>void</type><methodname>list</methodname>
    <methodparam><type>mixed</type><parameter>varname</parameter></methodparam>
    <methodparam rep="repeat" choice="opt"><type>mixed</type><parameter>...</parameter></methodparam>
    </methodsynopsis>

    Although this is the only case were we actually use this attribute, it does make sense I think.

    The TC concluded that it probably was a mistake but that it might have some uses, so we won't make the backwards incompatible change of removing it.
