#194 otherunits attribute from grandparent areaspec is not used correctly

If you have

• an <area> within an <areaset> within an <areaspec>
• units="other" otherunits="imagemap" on the <areaspec>
• no units attribute on the <areaset> or <area>

then the units are note taken correctly from the grandparent <areaspec>.
The attached patch fixes this.
