Patch for supporting Cyrillic labels in autolabels. Need to be applied to common/labels.xsl.

There are 2 options for autolabels:
'uppercyr' - uppercase Cyrillic labels
'lowercyr' - lowercase Cyrillic labels

This works only with Saxon XSLT processor. Others (xsltproc, xalan) doesn't recognize it. Conditions for checking current XSLT processor applied.

Ah! Forgot! This patch tested only with Docbook XSL 1.77.1 (not-NS!) stylesheets
