#149 ulink.show=1 and "mailto:" hypertext links

Hi,

I'm contributing to the HR-XSL project and recently
found a problem related to DocBook-XSL:

http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=add&group_id=21935&atid=373749

So I submit this small patch: it applies to the latest
SVN revision and its code is quite self-explanatory. Its purpose is to avoid this (ugly) FO/PDF formatting:

name@domain.com [mailto:name@domain.com]

when this XML code is found:

<ulink url="mailto:name@domain.com">name@domain.com</ulink>

So that, with ulink.show set to non-zero, printing of URL is suppressed not only when the text of the link is identical to the URL:

http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/doc/fo/ulink.show.html

but also when they differ just by a "mailto:" string.

Thanks for the patch, but I'm curious why you are using mailto: with ulink. In DocBook you should use <email>your@email.com</email> for marking-up email addresses.

That means that a modification is needed in hr-xsl...
    Thanks for the suggestion!
