#317 slides: add support for Olink (collect.xref.targets)

No

When processing slides using
docbook-xsl-1.69.1/slides/xhtml/plain.xsl with
collect.xref.targets set to 'yes', no target.db is
produced.
(It appears to work correctly with slides/fo/plain.xsl.)

Correction: It does NOT work for fo. A target.db is
generated, but it is not well-formed: It contains a sequence
of <obj> elements and their children, but there is no XML
declaration and no <div>, in particular no root element.

This does not seem to be a problem that was introduced
when the slides stylesheets were merged into the 1.69.1
release. I tested with the old (unmerged) slides
stylesheets and find that collect.xref.targets does not
seem to work as expected with those either.

Have you tested with those? Did you get expected results?

I think the issue may be that it was never really
anticipated that anybody would use Olink with Slides.
So it is just an unsupported feature at this point.

No, it's well possible that it never worked. It would be
nice to have though; I'd use it if I could...

    Justus,

We're planning to release 1.70.0 soon - some time early
next week, probably. So getting open/new bugs fixed first
is a priority. But I will try to see if I can get this
figured out and fixed for the release. If you have time
to look at it some more yourself, a patch would be very
    much welcome.
