#192 FO: indentation of wide protoypes in funcsynopsis

Funcsynopsis containing function prototypes that do not
fit in a single line look very ugly when rendered with
the FO stylesheet. Parameters should be indented
aligned with the function parenthesis, and a line break
should not occur between the type and the name of a
parameter.

Can we please have something like the "tabular"
presentation style that is available in the HTML
stylesheet? I mean the style introduced in 1.56.0 with
the following cute note in the changelog: "HTML only
right now, I think, FO support, uh, real soon now."
