Due to Mozilla bug
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=111514
document.write does not work for xhtml served as
application/xhtml+xml.

The frames stylesheets use document.write for the
dynamic frames style in demo/frames{4,6,7}. The visual
effect is that the table of contents is empty.

Also, due to broken handling of application/xhtml+xml,
Internet Explorer (at least 5.2 on Mac and 5.5 on
Windows) doesnt render the xhtml version of the slides
at all. Instead you get a kind of pretty-printed
version of the source - after IE has dowloaded stuff
from the web.

Thanks. I added a note to that effect to the demo slides and
    switched back to HTML
