The latest 1.73.1 release (ZIP version, at least) does not contain the 'extensions' directory and its contents.

    Kevin,

Thanks for reporting this. To be clear, You're referring to the docbook-xsl-ns distro, right?

I'm referring to the docbook-xsl distro, but -ns may also be affected.

OK. Not sure how I managed to flub this one. I guess this will probably require a 1.73.2 release.

Two additional issues related to the extensions:

    * The changes to the extensions are missing from News and Release Notes (already in 1.73.0).
    * The extensions have not been included in the snapshot releases for some time. I think they should be (it's confusing to have regular releases that include them, and snapshots that don't).

That's because I had intended to move them around before the release, which didn't end up happening, so things were in a bit of state of flux. I now have them the way they need to be, and release notes for docbook-xsl releases will again include the changes for those. But I can't change the 1.73.0 part of the release notes now, so they include the changes in the extensions from 1.72.0 to 1.73.0. Well, maybe I can; I will see what I can do at least.

OK, they're now included in the snaphsots again.

A fix for this issue has been added to the current codebase.
Please test the fix with the latest snapshot from:
