#436 onechunk.xsl creates navigation header/footer

When using the onechunk.xsl stylesheet, a "Next" link
is created in the header and the footer. I manually
have to add
<xsl:param name="suppress.navigation">1</xsl:param>
to my customization layer to suppress this.
It would be nice if onechunk.xsl would set this by default.

Fixed in CVS by adding the parameter to the onechunk.xsl
    and profile-onechunk.xsl stylesheets.
