#1301 Outdated main.js in 1.78.1 distribution

Using most recent webhelp stylesheets all in-page links with the # identifier are broken. Clicking on them does nothing.
I found the following function in main.js file. If it is commented, links works fine again. Please remove this stuff from official distribution.

    It's now fixed in SVN. Function is retained, but jQuery selector was fixed, so scrolling is animated.
