No

A section title inside the info element formats differently from a section title not inside an info element.

It looks like when you have <title> inside <info>, the first paragraph after the title uses the normal.para.spacing attribute set instead of the first.para.spacing attribute set.

I can't seem to find any mention of an attribute-set named 'first.para.spacing' in the stock stylesheets. Is that a customization, or am I missing something?

    Seconding Bob: what is "first.para.spacing"?

Ahh, this was operator error. Somewhere in the dark mists of time (i.e., more than two weeks ago), I added this attribute set to my customization. Then, I forgot it was not standard. It actually turns out to be useful for my purposes, but probably not useful enough to recommend that it get added to the standard stylesheets.

I resolved this as rejected. Sorry for the confusion.
