#1085 html: draft.watermark.image pointing to web-resource

The draft.watermark.image parameter is pointing to http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/images/draft.png. This requires web-acess. The docbook-xsl(-ns) tarballs however contain draft.png in the images directory. So IMO the parameter should better point to one of the below:

images/draft.png
http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl\(-ns)/images/

Maybe instead of using the literal "images/", there is another paramter to declare the path? However, it should not point to http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/images/ or the catalog needs another entry to rewrite this location.

Using "images/draft.png" as the default path would make this parameter more similar to callout.graphics.path and navig.graphics.path. But customization would probably still be required for most users.

A catalog cannot be used to rewrite the value of draft.watermark.image. The path is just a string; it is not the type of resource identifier that can be resolved in a catalog.

IMO images/draft.png is best for most users. It is shipped with the tarballs.

PS: In the toolchain xml -> fo -> pdf IMHO one could use a catalog to rewrite the URL to a local file path. And only here the current situation creates an issue, because fop would try to access the internet (I got the report from a Debian user about this issue).

    * When transforming XML to FO using DocBook-XSL, you cannot use a catalog to rewrite draft.watermark.image. The path is just a string with no special significance.

    * For the FO -> PDF step, it seems like it should be possible to use a catalog resolver to rewrite image locations. See http://wiki.apache.org/xmlgraphics-fop/HowTo/XmlCommonsResolver. But this functionality can only be activated via Java code (the -catalog command line option cannot be used). I have not been able to make the example code work myself.

This switch must be pretty new and not part of the last release. However, the wiki site says, that image retrieval is not handled by the catalog. So even a catalog won't help here. So I propose to change the parameter value to images/draft.png.

A fix for this issue has been added to the current codebase.
Please test the fix with the latest snapshot from:
