#1066 epub: XHTML 1.1 table width attribute validation error

I get validation errors when navigation headers are included in the generated XHTML:

ERROR: article.epub/OEBPS/ix01.html(3): attribute "width" not allowed
at this point; ignored

This is because DocBook XSL has emitted invalid XHTML 1.1: tables
using the 'width' element are generated automatically in navigation
headers.

It's only a problem with epub because epub uses XHTML 1.1
whereas chunked uses XHTML 1.0 Transitional which allows the table
width attribute.

Processing environment: DocBook XSL 1.75.2; Ubuntu 8.04
