[Docbase-release] Not inserting into the MySQL DB

Folks
	I installed docbase in my PC.When I tried to create a new sector,
everything went OK except the information did'nt get inserted into the DB
(FYI: I manually inserted some rows into maingroup table and I am able to
see it in the site).So I am not actually able to do anything. Can any one of
you tell me why the informatio is not getting inserted into the DB?
