#1 Convert from filesystem instead of email

Potentially useful might be to split Doc2pdf to allow
different input sources for the Word documents.

For example, if I wanted to automate the processing of
documents on a system, it would be much easier for me
to find a way to just put the files on the system in a
specified directory (with a unique filename).

Thus, instead of polling a POP3 account, it could poll
the directory instead. Once a file is detected, it
could be converted and the PDF version placed into
another directory. The original could be erased or
moved somewhere.

I imagine this would be a(n almost) trivial enhancement
to Doc2pdf, but it would help me out greatly.
