[Dobs-announce] Dataone script - Monthly quota changed

Hi all,

In the new version (0.9.3) of dobs, the default monthly quota was
changed from 1GB to 2.5GB (2560MB). That's fine for the HOME 500 plan.
You'll need to change it back to 1024MB in the first few lines of the
script. The 13th line needs to be:

$monthly_quota =3D 1024;

instead of:

$monthly_quota =3D 2560;
