[Dobs-announce] Version 0.8.1. Works again.

Hi all,

You might not have noticed it, but the script ("dobs'') was not
working anymore. It was (sigh, again) because of a small change to the
BSNL site. The new version, 0.8.1 makes it work again. You can get the
new version, as always, at http://dobs.sf.net.

Notes:
* Works again.
* On a happy note, the BSNL site now works with Firefox without
changing the User-Agent.
* Caching might be re-implemented. Somebody asked for it.

PS: The site (http://dobs.sf.net) is not updated as I'm not able to
SSH to it. It will be, as soon as I can.
