build.xml patch

Hi,

in order to successfully use dnsjava-2.0.0.jar on Windows platform I had 
to add

<include name="**/*.properties"/>

in the "jar" target of the build file (to include the appropriate 
properties files)

I hope you'll find it useful, I can send you a patch if you want.
