Internationalization

When the library is on a non-english windows computer, it would seem 
that the output from ipconfig is in the local language.  Since the 
string 'DNS Servers' is used to identify the name servers, this creates 
a problem if the actual string is something like 'Serveurs DNS'.  Is 
there a solution to this problem?
