CDS/CDNSKEY Records

Hi there,

I implemented basic support for the CDS/CDNSKEY record types, and I 
would really like to see these changes making it into a new release of 
dnsjava, instead of maintaining my own fork.

I already created a feature request on the sourceforge project 
(https://sourceforge.net/p/dnsjava/feature-requests/26/), but felt like 
I might not get an answer there.

The patch is attached to this mail.
