DNSSEC: DS digest generation not using canonical form

Hey

The DS digest generated by DNSSEC.generateDSDigest takes the owner name of
the DNSKEY as is instead of in canonical form. Canonical form is required by
RFC 4034 [1]. Patch is attached.
