#76 international domain name support (IDN)

support IDNs in org.xbill.DNS.Name

e.g. kühne.de. -> xn--khne-0ra.de.

converts only if
libidn(http://www.gnu.org/software/libidn) is present.
without libidn the class will still function but wont
convert
