#118 Ant build file support

I am requesting an ant build script for dnsjava. This will
make it easier for people on platforms that don't
normally have make installed (like win32). Over the last
couple years ant has become the preferred building tool
and is used by most java distributions.

I have got you guys started by including a sample
build.xml file that I created for dnsjava. With very few
modifications you should be able to add this to your
distributions.

it will be in the next release.
