#108 Respect the networking system properties ?

Hi,

It seems "intuitive" if DNSJava can respect the networking system properties by default at least when run in a Sun's JVM. In particular:

networkaddress.cache.ttl
sun.net.inetaddr.ttl
networkaddress.cache.negative.ttl
sun.net.inetaddr.negative.ttl

Here is a proposed patch to the trunk:
