#1 mystery segfault

Hi,

I've been trying to use dnaclust to cluster 16S data, but seem to be getting segmentation faults for a particular set of sequences I'm interested in. This is using both the binaries and the svn version (v53). I don't imagine that is very helpful as a bug report though - what else can I do? Unfortunately the sequences file being clustered is large (650MB), and taking small subsets makes the segfault go away. Annoyingly it only segfaults after ~20mins, as well. I've not tried modifying the code to add debug info at all.
