GROMACS 4.6.1 (modified version needed to run DMap sampling) 
============================================================

This folder contains a modified version of GROMACS 4.6.1 that should be used to run
diffusion map sampling, an adaptive sampling algorithm based on diffusion map.

For the original version of GROMACS, see the official website http://www.gromacs.org/ 

Diffusion Map sampling can be installed by git cloning the lsdmap package via

	git clone git://git.code.sf.net/p/lsdmap/git lsdmap

To install and run diffusion map sampling, check the README file within lsdmap
package at section DMap Sampling.
