Build system improved, better documentation, uploaded to Maven central.

Using Bazaar is problematic, its unmaintained and has problems on Windows platform.

This version comes with 3 important changes. First protocol specific plugins were cleaned, javadoc commented and they should be now easier to write. Second, we can now preserve timestamps on downloaded files and Last change is that download machine now accepts command line arguments and can run in wget like mode.

This version comes with Maven 2 packaging and fixes synchronization bug on multicore CPU systems.

Sadly we lost very old history records because of CVS missdesign.

Download Machine can now download files via FSP protocol. You need fspd version
beta17+cvs, because older fspd has a bug in path parser.

Most wanted feature - remove downloaded files from queue implemented!
