(1) No dangerous hotkeys!

I like DM2 but there is something quite
dangerous about it: By default there are
global hotkeys assigned using only
the [Shift] modifier. This is both
dangerous and annoying since this
modifier is used for range selection
almost everywhere (Explorer, Editor, ...)

Worst are
[Shift]+[Up] - CD-ROM Control
[Shift]+[End] - Volume control

You might laugh at me but I was quite
irritated when my cd-rom drive
opened and closed several times.

(2) Installer

I suggest adding an NSIS installer
to DM2 which allows the user to
select the plugins he really needs.
I'm quite sure at least
* PasteSn.dll
* WinEnable.dll
are not needed by all users.
