#10 Titlebar and WindowMenu actions

Please introduce the same actions you have for the
minimize, maximize and close buttons also for the
windowmenu icon and - most importantly - the titlebar.

I just wanted to replace my always running WinRoll with
the Rollup functionality of dm2, but i had to figure
that this is not possible, since the big advantage of
WinRoll is that one can do a rightclick on the whole
titlebar to roll up the window.
