#10 Basic Theme *Interface GUI* options/control

Ability to have a little bit of control of the GUI 'look and feel'.

a) for starters, just a custom background image on the main top bar. (have a browse button in the prefs).

b) text size options (good if your computer is a long distance away etc.

c) Later on, basic 'Theme' support.
