    DEANE B BLAZIE - 2019-07-06

I'd like to use the browser on Ubuntu 18.04 but it looks like the code is based on an old version of Java so I'm getting:
org.osgi.framework.BundleException: The bundle could not be resolved. Reason: Missing Constraint: Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment: CDC-1.0/Foundation-1.0,J2SE-1.3

Can you suggest how to get it running on the latest Java and Eclipse?
    Full log file attached.

    Thanks,
    Deane Blazie

Generally, support is provided on the DKVBrowser yahoo group, but the short answer is that newer versions of java, and especially Eclipse are not supported.  I would be a major undertaking since the Eclipse programming model changed substantially.
You should be able to install a compatible java version though... (?)
