    Hey

I just installed dktools, and I am very happy with the fig2vect to convert image files (png, jpg, …) into eps files for latex. When I right click on a picture file in windows explorer I have the option to directly create an EPS1, EPS2, .. file, this is great.
But when I right click on a folder in windows explorer, I get about a 30 different fig2vect options and they are placed at the very top, which makes me not see the normal options, like delete, copy and so on anymore. That kind of annoys me…
Does anyone now how I can change that?
For me perfect would be that if I right click on a folder there are NO fig2vect options, but they ARE still there if I click on an image file, is there a way to do that?

My operating system is Windows 7 and dktools is version 2.2.7 for win32

    Thanks.
    Niklas

    Hi Niklas,
you can remove these context menu entries for directories by editing the registry.
Run regedit.exe, navigate into HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell and remove the
    subtrees named "fig2vect: …".
    Hope this helps.
    Regards,

    Dirk
