Nobody/Anonymous - 2003-04-11

Ok, I've downloaded every thing in the directions to install dkp.. Just trying to get it working locally on my pc to understand it before trying to make it go live.

But, I cannot even get passed the part that says: "Change to your binary directory and type:"

Now to me, this imply's something that should / would open like maybe a dos box or command line or something, that I type in and hit enter and changes are made. Where is this? I cannot find it, and am going nuts.

I have Mysql running, little green light and everything lol... Please help, the directions on somethings are not clear to us programming disabled folk.
