My initial reading of the bug report was that it was still tempfailing,
but no, it turns out that -Cinternal=accept is working as intended.
This impacted this particular user particularly hard because it appears
the list server that had been sending him multiple messages over
a single reused connection stopped at the 4xx and requeued the remaining
messages for a later attempt. I'm not convinced that 451 4.3.2 justifies
such a response...
In any case: no, this is not a dk-milter bug, after all. Thanks.
