Program DJVUEd.

This is the GUI (graphical interface) for program djvused.exe from DjVuLibre package. It allow to edit annotations, hidden text, outline and to change page titles in djvu files.
To run DJVUEd include DjVuLibre package to your system path or place it in folder with djvused.exe, libdjvulibre.dll and libjpeg.dll files from DjVuLibre.

Interface uses Silk icon set 1.3 from Mark James http://www.famfamfam.com/lab/icons/silk/.
