MiniDjVu Plus can encode black-and-white raster images to DjVu (via the
console utility fi_minidjvu.exe).
Additionally, MiniDjVu Plus supports PhotoDjVu encoding (via the console
utility fi_c44.exe) and DjVu Decoding (via the console utility
fi_ddjvu.exe).
MiniDjVu Plus uses a free open-source graphical library - FreeImage - http://freeimage.sourceforge.net/ . That's why MiniDjVu Plus directly
supports such formats as BMP, TIF, JPG, PNM, PNG (unlike the original console
utilities minidjvu.exe, c44.exe, ddjvu.exe).

Thanks for adding on the GUI and the FreeImage features. One can easitly select, say, 100 jpegs, choose the output quality level, and make an orderly bundled DjVu photo album in minutes. This option has helped greatly in my creation of organized photosets. This program is a great addition to making DjVu technology.as user-friendly as possible. Good work, good project
Thanks again,
