#24 DJV always offset/off screen

Hey, thanks for this awesome program! I use it every day at work, the new version is really great!

I have one minor annoyance though...

DJV opens centered on the screen, this is good :)

However when you open an image sequence (I have DJV as the default program to open images), it's always forced off the bottom right of the screen. I'm guessing this is because the top left corner of DJV stays where it is, and the image is larger than the remaining space.

Even with smaller images, it feels awkwardly out of balance being offset so much - http://i.imgur.com/cDJPXuk.png (1280x720 image)

I'd really appreciate it if the window was centered after loading the image (whether by double clicking the image in explorer, through the file menu, from command line, etc...). If the image is larger than 75% of the screen width, perhaps the window could automatically be maximized.

Alternatively (or as well), could there be a preference to always open djv maximized?

Hi,

I've added a change so that the window will stay centered when loading images, I'll include it in the next release which I am going to try and upload today.
