#17 Provide Fahrenheit units

No

Currently, DZ displays the temperatures in degrees
Celsius, however, this is not the predominant
measurement unit in US.

The issue is rather hairy - one Centigree/Fahrenheit
switch must affect rendering in at least two places:

- RRD graphs
- DZ Console.

The first originates in DAC, the second in VIEW. It's
against common sense to delegate any visualization
properties to DAC, but I guess it must be done.

Now, to make it seamless? I guess I'll check the
default measurement unit for the system locale, and
make the rendering using *that* unit, unless overridden.

RRD graphs are of no concern any longer.

Current temperature display and setpoint control now support
Fahrenheit units (see properties panel for C/F switch)
