#45 CORE is blisfully unaware about Phidget departing

Now that CORE starts with disconnected Phidget, turns
out that it doesn't realize when it departs again.
Sure, as long as it is connected, everything works fine
(even with multiple disconnects/reconnects), but CORE
doesn't have a clue. Not good.

All the notification hooks have already been added, so
fixing this shouldn't be a major undertaking.
