#22 Loss of VIEW functionality when CORE stops

If CORE stops while the client is running, there's no
indication about it whatsoever. Also, even if the
controls are manipulated, there is no reflection of it
anywhere at all. Unless the user takes a look at the
logs, it is not obvious that the CORE has terminated.

Since CORE is a mission critical module, it doesn't
make sense to retry the connection, rather the client
must die and provide a clear message about why did it
do so.

    The root cause, basically, was the background thread in the
    Chart that just won't stop...

    Now, if CORE dies or stopped, VIEW will shut down.
