Receive error message:
Unable to Open Debug Resource File.
This only happens when bad frames are found. If there
are no bad frames, DivxRepair runs successfully to
completion.
In truth, I don't have the problem. It's my 70 yr old Sister
in Paris who does. I'm just trying to help her fix up a
couple of bad movies that hang the player when bad
frames are encountered.
I run DivxRepair myself without any problems.
Can you offer any advice?

I thing that on your sister's computer, there are some
problems withe the installed codecs.
Reinstall the last versions of the video codecs (divx, xvid etc)
