Maybe rather in FAQ.{txt|html} and/or in INSTALLING.{txt|html} ??
It's not really a Dithaka issue (i.e. bug/problem) - merely a symptom of
trying to bind 2 services on the same port :)

Cool re the resources stuff. I'm not sure the event stuff should live
here, though. It's very coefficienty, and should be included in the
coefficient docs (unless I'm confusing the coefficient event
dispatch/handling mechanism with something totally different in
dithaka :)

I'll try to read through all the docs again today/tomorrow, to check
style/spelling/blahblahblah
