#2 Error when collecting comment files into a .ZIP archive

It gave an error when I clicked Zip all comments. I had just added a comment. See attached screen capture of the error dialog.

I think that there may have been special characters in the mainbooktitle element or the title attribute of a map element as these strings are used to create the filename of the .ZIP file. The code does not account for those at the current time. This is definitely on my list to resolve.
