#12 Add ability to remove obsolete topics

Hi
It would be great if we could supply a list of topics to be removed to a wiki space. My boss doesn't want us wiping the doc space, since he wants to include static pages in the space, such as release notes, so they can be searched together. So I'm writing a perl script that will let us diff our ditamaps to find out if any files have been removed and need to be removed from the space. It would be great if we could use the build to automatically remove these topics.
