#1 design selector

in the sitebuilder page, an option should appear with a
list of categories and in the categorie a list of small
screendumps of website designs.

Clicking on a website design should download from the
ditcms.org website the choosen design (same name
lookup in the comparable place on the server??). This
means. necessary images, stylesheets, menu and
templates.

This should be downloaded and installed and chosen in
the options that are now in the sitebuilder:

- css
- template
- menu

on a sitelevel. The rest can be chosen by the user who
sets up the system.
